◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The frame of the card and board game table is welded from 20×30×2 mm square tubing, with specially designed stamped components at the corners to ensure smooth transitions and prevent injury from impacts.
◆ The tabletop of the card and board game table is made of 1.0 mm-thick 304 stainless steel through corrosion-resistant processing, with dimensions of 600×600 mm; the material of the tabletop is guaranteed. It has been proven to be rust-free for 8 years;
◆ The seat is formed by stamping a cold‑rolled steel plate with a diameter of 300 mm and a thickness of 4 mm, featuring R2 chamfers around the perimeter to prevent injury from sharp edges. The upright post is made of a national‑standard galvanized steel pipe with a diameter of 76 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made of stainless steel, secured with pop rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright post to prevent snagging, scratching, or other damage.

Imported electrostatic spray equipment delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The finished surface exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and offers superior corrosion protection, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance—making it ideal for humid climates and areas prone to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery utilizes a cyclone‑type centrifugal separator, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which reduces material waste and minimizes dust pollution while ensuring convenient operation and energy efficiency.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system, effectively preventing impacts during transit and ensuring the equipment remains undamaged.
