◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The uprights and cross beams are made of national-standard steel pipes with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm; the curved members of the main frame have a diameter of 48 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The limit switch employs a cast steel internal limiting structure, and the impact pad is made of polyurethane material, offering excellent impact resistance, superior elasticity, and outstanding aging resistance. Resistant to high and low temperatures; the shaft end is welded to the upright column, and the sleeve end is welded to the rocker arm. It employs four high-quality bearings to limit the left–right swing angle. All exposed edges on the bottom of the moving parts are chamfered with an R3 radius to reduce impact‑related injuries.
◆ The machine’s bearings are equipped with a specially designed skeletal oil seal waterproof gasket, offering excellent sealing, effective water and dust resistance, and long-lasting durability.

It is also equipped with a dust collection and treatment system to purify the workshop air, ensuring workers’ health. Surface treatment is carried out using blasting. The finishing process ensures thorough rust removal and enhances the adhesion of the plastic powder. The electrostatic spraying employs a two‑coat application: first, an epoxy zinc‑rich primer is applied, followed by a green‑friendly, environmentally safe exterior coating. Imported electrostatic spray equipment delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The resulting coated surface exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and offers superior corrosion protection, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance—making it ideal for humid climates and areas prone to acid rain. The product’s coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery utilizes a cyclone‑type centrifugal separator, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which reduces material waste and minimizes dust pollution while ensuring convenient operation and energy efficiency.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system, effectively preventing impacts and scratches during transit, ensuring the equipment remains undamaged.
