◆ Direct‑buried design: The main upright posts are fabricated from standard rectangular galvanized steel tubing measuring 120 mm × 80 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm. On both sides, plug‑in aluminum alloy profiles are paired with wood‑plastic composite profiles. The overall external dimensions of the upright posts shall be no less than 120 mm × 120 mm.
◆ The support cross‑pipes are national‑standard steel pipes with a diameter of 33 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm;
◆ The main frame bends are fabricated from standard steel tubing with a diameter of 48 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm; connections to the columns are bolted, eliminating any risk of snagging and complying with national standards.

Using imported electrostatic spray equipment, the powder is distributed evenly with strong adhesion; the resulting finish is resistant to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and maintains an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid climates and areas prone to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements, and a cyclone‑type centrifugal powder recovery system achieves a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, reducing material waste and minimizing dust pollution while ensuring ease of operation and energy efficiency.
