◆ The lounge chair’s wooden slats are made from nine imported, solid Southeast Asian ironwood planks, measuring 35×75×1500 mm. The wood is exceptionally hard, with high strength and toughness, excellent seismic resistance, and a surface treated with an eco‑friendly outdoor wood wax oil that provides corrosion protection and prevents cracking.
◆ The chair legs are made from aluminum extrusions, with the wooden slat joints measuring 8 mm thick and the remaining sections 5 mm thick. The wooden slat connector plates are crafted from high‑strength aluminum alloy, 40 mm wide, offering excellent corrosion resistance. The connecting rods are constructed from premium welded tubing, 27 mm in diameter and 2.5 mm thick, ensuring enhanced stability for the lounge chair.
◆ The distance between the two uprights is 1,477 mm; the seat surface is 422 mm above the ground; and the seat width is 523 mm, all conforming to human ergonomics for enhanced comfort.
◆ The wooden strips are fastened with M8 wood screws, the seat is connected using M8 stainless steel socket-head cap screws, and the connecting rods are joined with M12 stainless steel bolts.
◆ The equipment shall be embedded to a depth of no less than 400 mm, with an underground installation dimension of no less than 500 × 600 × 500 mm.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made of all‑stainless steel with a corrosion‑resistant finish, measures 220 × 80 mm, is secured with rivets for robustness, and features edges that fit tightly against the upright posts to prevent snagging or injury.
◆ The entire machine has no snagging, crushing points, shearing points, or pinching hazards; all apertures and gaps comply with the GB 19272-2011 standard.

◆ The components are cut using a fully automatic CNC sawing machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. The exterior surface is coated with a green, environmentally friendly electrostatic powder finish inspired by the Forbidden City, applied with imported electrostatic spraying equipment that delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The powder coating is resistant to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and offers excellent corrosion resistance, while maintaining an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid and acid‑rain environments. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery employs a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which helps conserve powder, reduce dust pollution, and ensures convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: an inner layer of thickened bubble wrap and an outer layer secured with strapping, effectively protecting it from impacts during transit and ensuring it arrives undamaged.
