The exterior is finished with a green‑environmental, electrostatically applied powder coating—produced using imported electrostatic spraying equipment—ensuring uniform powder distribution, strong adhesion, and superior resistance to acids, alkalis, humidity, heat, aging, and corrosion. This coating is ideal for humid and acid‑rain environments. The product’s paint formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery is achieved through a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, with a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, reducing material waste and minimizing dust pollution while offering convenient operation and energy‑saving, environmentally friendly performance.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: thickened bubble wrap inside and strapping tape on the outside, effectively protecting it from impacts during transit and ensuring it arrives undamaged.
