Product Description
[Main Technical Parameters]:
◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard steel pipes with a nominal diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The seat support tube is made of national-standard steel pipe with a nominal diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The seat is made from a three-color PE board.
◆ The pedal connection pipe is made of national-standard steel tubing with a diameter of 76 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The seat uprights are fabricated from national‑standard steel tubing with a diameter of 88 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. The seat bends are formed by bending national‑standard steel tubing with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The handrail is made of national-standard steel tubing with a diameter of 42 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. Following a tube-reduction process, one end is tapered to a diameter of 32 mm.
◆ The massage stick is made of PVC, with a moderately hard surface; it measures 182 mm in length and 76 mm in diameter, featuring massage nodes 13 mm in diameter and 3 mm in height, meeting ergonomic requirements for massage use.
◆ The foot pedals are welded using standard national‑standard components.
◆ The pedal counterweights use 5 kg weight blocks, one on each side.
◆ The handle grip is made of fluidized rubber, offering a comfortable feel and excellent resistance to aging; it also features anti-theft measures for added safety and durability.
◆ The equipment shall be installed at a burial depth of no less than 600 mm, and the seat shall be buried to a depth of 600 mm; each excavation pit shall measure no less than 600 × 600 × 700 mm.
◆ The components are cut to size using a fully automatic CNC sawing machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. For tube bending, a CNC pipe‑bending machine is employed, delivering accurate angles and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Prior to welding, all parts undergo degreasing to ensure the surface is free of oil and contaminants. Welding is performed with a CO₂‑shielded arc welder combined with a mixed‑gas process, producing clean, smooth welds that require no post‑weld grinding. A dust‑collection and treatment system is installed to purify workshop air and safeguard worker health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting, achieving thorough rust removal while increasing the surface area to enhance powder‑coating adhesion. The exterior is coated with a green‑environmental, electrostatically applied powder finish—produced using imported electrostatic spray equipment—resulting in uniform powder distribution, strong adhesion, and a coating that resists acids and alkalis, withstands humid and hot conditions, resists aging and corrosion, and maintains an attractive appearance, making it suitable for humid and acid‑rain environments. The product’s paint formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery is handled by a cyclone‑type centrifugal separator, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, thereby conserving material, reducing dust pollution, and offering convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: an inner layer of thickened bubble wrap and an outer layer secured with strapping, effectively protecting it from impacts during transit and ensuring it arrives undamaged.
