Upper and Lower Limb Combination Trainer

[Model] : GYX-CZ03

[Specification] : 4300*3320*2350 (mm)

[Instructions for Use]: 1. The user sits on the seat, leans against the massage rollers, and holds the armrests to move up and down, massaging the back and helping to stretch and relax the back muscles.

2. Sit on the seat, grasp the handrails, place your legs on the massage bar, and pull back and forth with your hands while lifting the bar backward or forward to strengthen the muscles of your legs and arms.

3. The user extends their arm between the two massage rollers and moves it back and forth, allowing the rollers to compress and massage the arm muscles. Alternatively, the user can grasp the handrails, place their legs beneath the lower roller, and move them forward and backward to achieve a massaging effect that relaxes the leg muscles.

[Main Features]: It relaxes the muscles of the arms, legs, and back, effectively relieving muscle fatigue in these areas, regulating the nervous system, and improving blood circulation in the arms, back, and legs. It also helps unblock the meridians, promoting smooth flow of qi and blood, thereby alleviating fatigue.

Product Description

[Main Technical Parameters]:

◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard steel pipes with a nominal diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.

◆ The seat support tube is made of national-standard steel pipe with a nominal diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.

◆ The limit device employs a composite force-type limiter in accordance with national standards.

◆ The pedal connection pipe is made of national-standard steel tubing with a diameter of 76 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.

◆ The seat uprights are fabricated from national‑standard steel tubing with a diameter of 88 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. The seat bends are formed by bending national‑standard steel tubing with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.

◆ The handrail is made of national‑standard steel tubing with a diameter of 42 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. Following a tube‑reduction process, one end is tapered to a diameter of 32 mm.

◆ The main frame of the split-type massage unit is constructed from national-standard steel tubing with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. The support tubes are also made from national-standard steel tubing, with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.

◆ The massage stick is made of PVC, with a moderately hard surface; it measures 182 mm in length and 76 mm in diameter, featuring massage nodes 13 mm in diameter and 3 mm in height, meeting ergonomic requirements for massage use.

◆ The massage roller is made of nylon, designed to match the anatomy of the human neck, with a moderately firm surface that meets the requirements for therapeutic massage.

◆ The handle grip is made of fluidized rubber, offering a comfortable feel and excellent resistance to aging; it also features anti-theft measures for added safety and durability.

◆ The seat panel is integrally die-cast from ABS material, with the backrest connected to a 4-mm-thick steel plate via anti-theft bolts.

◆ The burial depth of the equipment shall be no less than 600 mm; the buried depth of the modular massage frame and seat shall be 400 mm; each underground pit shall measure at least 600 × 600 × 700 mm.

◆ The components are cut to size using a fully automatic CNC sawing machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. For the bending process, a CNC pipe bender is employed, delivering accurate angles and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Prior to welding, all parts undergo degreasing to ensure that no oil or contaminants remain on the surface. Welding is performed with a CO₂‑shielded arc welder combined with a mixed‑gas shielding process, resulting in clean, smooth welds that require no post‑weld grinding. A dust‑collection and treatment system is also installed to purify workshop air and safeguard worker health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting, achieving thorough rust removal while increasing the workpiece’s surface area and enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. The exterior is finished with a green‑environmental, electrostatically applied powder coating—produced using imported electrostatic spraying equipment—ensuring uniform powder distribution, strong adhesion, and excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, humidity, heat, aging, and corrosion. This coating is well suited for humid conditions and areas prone to acid rain. The product’s paint formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery is handled by a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which reduces material waste and minimizes dust pollution, all while offering convenient operation and contributing to energy efficiency and environmental protection.

◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: an inner layer of thickened bubble wrap and an outer layer secured with strapping, effectively protecting it from impacts during transit and ensuring it arrives undamaged.
