◆ Direct‑buried type; the main upright posts are made of national‑standard steel pipes with a nominal diameter of 88 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The equipment shall be buried at a depth of no less than 400 mm, with burial dimensions of no less than 600 × 600 × 700 mm.
◆ The components are cut to size using a fully automatic CNC sawing machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. For the bending process, a CNC pipe bender is employed, delivering accurate angles and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Prior to welding, all parts undergo degreasing to ensure that no oil or contaminants remain on the surface. Welding is performed with a CO₂‑shielded arc welder combined with a mixed‑gas shielding process, resulting in clean, smooth welds that require no post‑weld grinding. A dust collection and treatment system is also installed to purify workshop air and safeguard worker health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting, providing thorough rust removal, increasing the effective surface area of the workpiece, and enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. The exterior is finished with a green‑environmentally friendly electrostatic powder coating, applied using imported electrostatic spraying equipment that ensures uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. This coating offers resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid and hot conditions, resists aging and corrosion, and maintains an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid environments and areas prone to acid rain. The product’s paint formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery is achieved through a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, thereby conserving material, reducing dust pollution, and offering convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: an inner layer of thickened bubble wrap and an outer layer secured with strapping, effectively protecting it from impacts during transit and ensuring it arrives undamaged.
