◆ Direct‑buried type; the main upright posts are made of national‑standard steel pipes with a nominal diameter of 88 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The handrail tube is made of national-standard steel pipe with a diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm.
◆ The fixed disk is fabricated using a 3-mm-thick steel plate with a flanged edge.
◆ The track plate is manufactured from a 19 mm-thick, two-color PE sheet.
◆ The equipment shall be buried at a depth of no less than 400 mm, with burial dimensions of no less than 600 × 600 × 700 mm.
◆ The components are cut to size using a fully automatic CNC sawing machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. For tube bending, a CNC pipe‑bending machine is employed, delivering accurate angles and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Prior to welding, all parts undergo degreasing to ensure that no oil or contaminants remain on the surface. Welding is performed with a CO₂‑shielded arc welder combined with a mixed‑gas shielding process, resulting in clean, smooth welds that require no post‑weld grinding. A dust‑collection and treatment system is installed to purify workshop air and safeguard worker health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting, achieving thorough rust removal while increasing the workpiece’s surface area and enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. The exterior is finished with a green‑environmental, electrostatically applied powder coating—produced using imported electrostatic spray equipment—providing uniform powder distribution, strong adhesion, and superior resistance to acids, alkalis, humidity, heat, aging, and corrosion. This coating is ideal for humid and acid‑rain environments. The product’s paint formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery is handled by a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, thereby conserving material, reducing dust pollution, and offering convenient operation that is both energy‑efficient and environmentally friendly.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: thickened bubble wrap inside and strapping tape on the outside, effectively protecting it from impacts during transit and ensuring it arrives undamaged.
