The powder‑coated finish exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and offers superior corrosion protection, while maintaining an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid climates and areas exposed to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery employs a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which helps conserve powder, reduce dust pollution, and ensure convenient operation—all while promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
