◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The main frame and upright posts are connected by flanges, with a thickness of 10 mm.
◆ The connecting pipe on the flange is made of a national-standard steel pipe with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm.
◆ The flange‑lower connecting pipe is made of a national‑standard steel pipe with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.

The electrostatic spraying process employs a two‑coat application: first, an epoxy zinc‑rich primer is applied, The exterior surface is coated with an environmentally friendly, green electrostatic powder finish. Utilizing imported electrostatic spraying equipment, the coating delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The powder‑coated surface exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and offers superior corrosion protection, while maintaining an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid environments and areas exposed to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery employs a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which helps conserve powder, reduce dust pollution, and ensure convenient operation—all while promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system, effectively preventing impacts during transit and ensuring the equipment remains undamaged.
