The powder‑coated finish exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and offers superior corrosion protection, while maintaining an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid climates and areas exposed to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery employs a cyclonic centrifugal separator system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, thereby conserving material, reducing dust pollution, and ensuring convenient operation in an energy‑efficient, eco‑friendly manner.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system, effectively preventing impacts during transit and ensuring the equipment remains undamaged.
