Leg Stretch: The practitioner stands facing the equipment, with one leg extended and the other leg lifted and straightened. Place the ankle on the crossbar, then lean forward and press down.
Push-ups: The user grips the push-up bar with both hands, adjusts it to an appropriate height, keeps the body straight, and bends the arms to lower the body until the shoulders and elbows are at the same horizontal level. Then, the user pushes the body back up in a straight line to return to the starting position, completing one repetition and recording the total number of repetitions.
