◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The main frame’s cross beams are made of national-standard steel tubing with a diameter of 89 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, while the handrails are made of steel tubing with a diameter of 33 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm.
◆ The limit switch employs a double-sided impact‑type internal stop, increasing the load‑bearing area. The impact pad is made of polyurethane, offering excellent impact resistance, superior elasticity, and outstanding resistance to aging and extreme temperatures. Equipped with four high‑quality bearings, the limit device is constructed from nationally standard steel plate to meet performance requirements. All exposed edges feature R2 chamfers to minimize injury in the event of impact.

The powder‑coated finish exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and offers superior corrosion protection, while maintaining an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid environments and areas exposed to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery employs a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which helps conserve powder, reduce dust pollution, and ensures convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
