Product Description

◆ Direct‑buried design: The main upright posts are fabricated from standard rectangular galvanized steel tubing measuring 120 mm × 80 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm. On both sides, plug‑in aluminum alloy profiles are paired with wood‑plastic composite profiles. The overall external dimensions of the upright posts shall be no less than 120 mm × 120 mm.

◆ The horizontal bars are made of national‑standard steel tubing with a diameter of 42 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. The supports are connected to the columns using a square‑plate, top‑sealing joint, with a circular plate sealing the column head to prevent rainwater ingress. Flexible end caps are installed at both ends of the horizontal bars, in compliance with applicable standards.

◆ The embedding depth of the equipment upright shall be no less than 500 mm, and the underground dimensions shall be no less than 500 × 500 × 600 mm.

◆ The equipment nameplate is made entirely of stainless steel, secured with rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright posts to prevent snagging and potential injury.

◆ The equipment has undergone relevant static load, strength load, and fatigue load tests in accordance with the GB 19272-2024 standard and complies with the standard’s requirements.

◆ The entire machine has no snagging, crushing points, shearing points, or pinching hazards; all apertures and gaps comply with the GB 19272-2024 standard.

◆ The equipment features a one‑stop exercise station, allowing a single user to operate it simultaneously.

◆ The components are cut using a laser cutting machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. For the bending process, a CNC pipe bender is employed, delivering accurate angles and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Prior to welding, all parts undergo degreasing to ensure that no oil or contaminants remain on the surface. Welding is performed with a CO₂‑shielded arc welder using a mixed gas, resulting in clean, smooth welds that require no post‑weld grinding. A dust collection and treatment system is also installed to purify workshop air and safeguard worker health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting, providing thorough rust removal and enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. Electrostatic powder coating follows a two‑coat application process, beginning with an epoxy zinc‑rich primer. The exterior surface is coated with an environmentally friendly, green electrostatic powder. Utilizing imported electrostatic spraying equipment, the coating delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The finished surface exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and maintains a sleek, attractive appearance—making it ideal for damp environments and areas prone to acid rain. The product’s coating formulation contains no toxic elements, and a cyclone‑type centrifugal powder recovery system ensures a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, reducing material waste, minimizing dust pollution, and offering convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.

◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system, effectively preventing impacts and scratches during transit, ensuring the equipment remains undamaged.
