Product Description
◆ Direct‑buried design: The main upright posts are fabricated from standard rectangular galvanized steel tubing measuring 120 mm × 80 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm. On both sides, plug‑in aluminum alloy profiles are paired with wood‑plastic composite profiles. The overall external dimensions of the upright posts shall be no less than 120 mm × 120 mm.
◆ The main frame’s horizontal tubes are made of national-standard steel pipes with a diameter of 89 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm; the limiting connecting rods have a diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm.
◆ The seat’s horizontal tube is made of national‑standard steel pipe with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm; the footrest bar has a diameter of 48 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, with anti‑slip treatment at the double‑foot contact points and soft end caps installed on both ends, in compliance with applicable standards.
◆ The limit switch employs a double‑sided impact‑type internal stop, increasing the load‑bearing area. The impact pad is made of polyurethane, offering excellent impact resistance, superior elasticity, and outstanding resistance to aging and extreme temperatures. It incorporates two high‑quality bearings, while the limit‑stop side plates are fabricated from national‑standard steel sheet, ensuring compliance with performance requirements. All exposed edges feature R2 chamfers to minimize injury in the event of collisions.
◆ The seat panel is formed by stamping a 4 mm‑thick cold‑rolled steel sheet, with R2 chamfers around the perimeter to prevent the risk of cuts.
◆ The handrail tubes are made from national‑standard steel pipes with a diameter of 42 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. The 42‑mm‑diameter tubing is reduced to 33 mm in diameter to facilitate the installation of handle sleeves. This approach ensures excellent structural integrity, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, ease of fabrication, and long‑term durability.
