◆ Direct‑buried design: the main upright posts are fabricated from standard rectangular galvanized steel tubing measuring 120 mm × 80 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm. On both sides, plug‑in aluminum alloy profiles are paired with wood‑plastic composite profiles. The overall external dimensions of the upright posts shall be no less than 120 mm × 120 mm.
◆ The beam’s tubular members are made of national-standard steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The turntable is fully enclosed, with no snagging points; the central section is constructed from 3 mm-thick steel plate, while the outer rim is edged with 33 mm-diameter, 2.5 mm-wall-thickness steel tubing conforming to national standards.
◆ Internally, a wear-resistant nylon damping mechanism is employed to regulate the turntable’s rotational speed, ensuring user safety; high-quality bearings are used to meet performance requirements.
◆ The machine’s bearings are equipped with specially designed skeletal oil seals, offering excellent sealing performance, effective water and dust resistance, and long-lasting durability.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made entirely of stainless steel, secured with rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright posts to prevent snagging, scratching, and other potential damage.
◆ The equipment has undergone relevant static load and strength load tests in accordance with the GB 19272-2024 standard and meets the standard’s requirements.
