◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The main frame tubes are made of national-standard steel pipes with a diameter of 76 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, while the handrails are constructed from seamless pipes with a diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 4.5 mm.
◆ The handle grips are made of vulcanized rubber, offering a comfortable feel and excellent resistance to aging; they also feature anti-theft measures for added safety and durability.
◆ The buffer layer is 300 mm thick, enhancing safety and reliability and helping to prevent accidental injuries.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made entirely of stainless steel, secured with rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright posts to prevent snagging and potential injury.
◆ The top of the column is sealed, with a PVC soft‑material cap molded by die‑casting and featuring a wall thickness of 4 mm to prevent rainwater ingress.
◆ The equipment shall be buried to a depth of no less than 600 mm, with an underground installation dimension of no less than 500 × 500 × 700 mm.
◆ The equipment has undergone relevant static load and strength load tests in accordance with the GB 19272-2024 standard and complies with the standard’s requirements.
◆ The entire machine has no snagging, crushing points, shearing points, or pinching hazards; all apertures and gaps comply with the GB 19272-2024 standard.
