Product Description
◆ Direct‑buried design: The main upright posts are fabricated from standard rectangular galvanized steel tubing measuring 120 mm × 80 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm. On both sides, the posts feature plug‑in aluminum alloy profiles paired with wood‑plastic composite profiles. The overall external dimensions of each post shall be no less than 120 mm × 120 mm.
◆ The swing-arm tubing is made of national-standard steel pipe with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm; the swing arm is directly welded to the footplate, ensuring robustness and durability.
◆ The tread plate is stamped from 4-mm-thick cold‑rolled steel, ensuring an 8‑year service life and incorporating anti‑slip features to prevent slipping and potential injuries. The perimeter edge of the tread plate is raised by more than 30 mm, with a rounded corner radius of R2. Buffer rubber pads are installed at the front and rear of the tread plate to further mitigate the risk of personal injury.
◆ The handrail tube is made of national-standard steel pipe with a diameter of 42 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, welded to the upright posts.
◆ The limit sleeve is made of a national‑standard steel pipe with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm. The impact pad is constructed from polyurethane, offering excellent impact resistance, superior elasticity, and outstanding resistance to aging and extreme temperatures. The sleeve end is welded to the swing leg, and four high‑quality bearings are employed to meet the requirements of the impact test. The lateral swing angle of the limiter is less than 70° on each side, and all exposed edges are chamfered with an R3 radius to minimize injury in the event of a collision.
◆ The machine’s bearings are equipped with specially designed skeletal oil seals, offering excellent sealing performance, effective water and dust resistance, and long-lasting durability.
◆ The top of the column is sealed, with a PVC soft‑material cap molded by die‑casting and featuring a wall thickness of 4 mm to prevent rainwater ingress.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made entirely of stainless steel, secured with pull rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright posts to prevent snagging, scratching, and other potential damage.
◆ The equipment features a two‑station exercise configuration, allowing two users to operate simultaneously.
◆ The equipment has undergone relevant tests—static load, strength load, impact load, failure load, and fatigue load—as specified in GB 19272-2024, along with impact‑resistance testing of oscillating components, and complies with the standard’s requirements.
◆ The entire machine has no snagging, crushing points, shearing points, or pinching hazards; all apertures and gaps comply with the GB 19272-2024 standard.
◆ The embedding depth of the equipment upright shall be no less than 500 mm, and the underground dimensions shall be no less than 400 × 400 × 600 mm.
◆ The components are cut using a laser cutting machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. For the bending process, a CNC pipe bender is employed, delivering accurate angles and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Prior to welding, all parts undergo degreasing to ensure that no oil or contaminants remain on the surface. Welding is performed with a CO₂‑shielded arc welder using a mixed gas, resulting in clean, smooth welds that require no post‑weld grinding. A dust collection and treatment system is also installed to purify workshop air and safeguard workers’ health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting, providing thorough rust removal and enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. Electrostatic powder coating follows a two‑coat application process, beginning with an epoxy zinc‑rich primer. The exterior surface is coated with an environmentally friendly, green electrostatic powder. Utilizing imported electrostatic spraying equipment, the coating delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The finished surface exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging, and maintains a visually appealing appearance—making it well suited for humid climates and areas prone to acid rain. The product’s coating formulation contains no toxic elements, and a cyclonic centrifugal powder recovery system ensures a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, reducing material waste, minimizing dust pollution, and offering convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system, effectively preventing impacts and scratches during transit to ensure it arrives undamaged.
