[Instructions for Use]: Before use, align the arrow on the waist‑rotating disc with the center of the upright post. Grip the handle firmly with both hands, stand balanced on the disc with your feet, and engage your core to drive rotational movements of the lower limbs or the entire body from side to side.
[Main Features] ： It strengthens the muscles of the lower back and abdomen, enhances the flexibility and mobility of the lumbar spine and hip joints, and helps achieve a well‑toned physique. ◆ Direct‑buried design: The main upright posts are fabricated from standard rectangular galvanized steel tubing measuring 120 mm × 80 mm with a wall thickness of 3 mm. On both sides, plug‑in aluminum alloy profiles are paired with wood‑plastic composite profiles. The overall external dimensions of the upright posts shall be no less than 120 mm × 120 mm.
◆ The handrail is fabricated by welding national-standard steel tubing with a diameter of 33 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm.
◆ The swivel base is stamped from 2 mm‑thick cold‑rolled steel, ensuring an 8‑year service life. It has a diameter of 300 mm and a textured, non‑slip surface to prevent slipping. The footplate features foot‑shaped protrusions and an arrow indicating the initial position.
◆ The internal structure of the rotating waist incorporates an internal limit mechanism to control the rotation angle, ensuring user safety. It is equipped with six high-quality bearings to meet operational requirements.
◆ The machine’s bearings are equipped with specially designed skeletal oil seals, offering excellent sealing performance, effective water and dust resistance, and long-lasting durability.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made entirely of stainless steel, secured with rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright posts to prevent snagging, scratching, and other potential damage.
◆ The equipment has undergone relevant static load, strength load, and fatigue load tests in accordance with the GB 19272-2024 standard and meets the standard’s requirements.
