[Instructions for Use]:
Pull-up ： Grasp the pull-up handle with a pronated, supinated, or mixed grip, then pull yourself up with force; slowly lower yourself back down and repeat the movement.
Back muscle training ： Lean against the machine, extend both arms overhead, grasp the lat bar, and perform a crunch‑and‑leg‑raise exercise.
[Main Features] ： Enhance the strength and flexibility of the upper limbs, back, and shoulder‑girdle muscle groups; improve the range of motion in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, finger joints, and the lumbar–abdominal region.
◆ The handle grips are made of vulcanized rubber, offering a comfortable feel and excellent resistance to aging; they also feature anti-theft measures for added safety and durability.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made of stainless steel, secured with pop rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright post to prevent snagging, scratching, or other damage.
◆ The equipment has undergone relevant static load and strength load tests in accordance with the GB 19272-2024 standard and complies with the standard’s requirements.
