[Instructions for Use]:
1. The practitioner faces the equipment, stands on one leg with the knee extended, lifts and extends the other leg, places the ankle on the crossbar, and then moves forward and backward to massage the leg muscles.
2. Use both hands to support the rotating wheel and perform kneading‑pushing motions, simultaneously turning the device in the same or opposite direction.
