[Instructions for Use]: The user places both feet on the pedals, grips the handles firmly with both hands, stands upright, and looks straight ahead. Coordinating the legs and arms, the pedals rotate while the handles swing back and forth. As one foot presses down on a pedal, the opposite hand pulls the handle backward, and vice versa. The limbs perform simultaneous reciprocating movements.
