[Instructions for Use]: The practitioner grips the bar with both hands, jumps up to assume a two‑arm support position, then simultaneously bends both arms while keeping the legs straight, bringing the bar to chest level. Next, the arms are explosively extended, with both hands firmly gripping the bar to prevent falling, and the movement is repeated.
[Main Features] ： Enhance the muscular strength of the upper limb girdle, chest, and shoulders, particularly the deltoids, biceps, and triceps; improve the supporting capacity of the upper‑limb and wrist muscles as well as the load‑bearing capability of the upper‑limb bones; and refine motor coordination and overall body‑wide coordination.
◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The armrest is made of a national-standard steel tube with a diameter of 42 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, meeting ergonomic requirements.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made of stainless steel, secured with pull rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright post to prevent snagging, scratching, or other damage.
