Product Description
[Instructions for Use]: Grasp the bar with both hands, exert force with both arms to lift your body, then perform elbow bends and straight-arm extensions (dips), repeating the movement.
[Main Features] ： Enhance the strength and flexibility of the upper limbs, shoulder girdle, chest, abdomen, and back muscles; provide stability to the upper‑limb joints; and improve coordination and balance.
◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The horizontal bars are made of national‑standard steel tubing with a diameter of 42 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. The supports are connected to the columns using a disc‑topped joint, which seals the column head to prevent rainwater ingress. Both ends of the horizontal bars are fitted with flexible end caps, in compliance with applicable standards.
◆ The embedding depth of the equipment upright shall be no less than 500 mm, and the underground dimensions shall be no less than 500 × 500 × 600 mm.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made of stainless steel, secured with all‑rivet fasteners, and its edges are tightly fitted to the upright post to prevent snagging and potential injury.
◆ The equipment has undergone relevant static load, strength load, and fatigue load tests in accordance with the GB 19272-2024 standard and complies with the standard’s requirements.
◆ The entire machine has no snagging, crushing points, shearing points, or pinching hazards; all apertures and gaps comply with GB 19272-2024. Standard;
◆ The equipment features a one‑stop exercise station, allowing for simultaneous use by a single user.
