Product Description
[Instructions for Use]: Grip the bar firmly, stand on the footboard, keep your chest lifted and head held high, and maintain a straight back. Swing your legs forward and backward in a natural, upright motion; you can adjust the intensity by varying the amplitude and frequency of the swing.
[Main Features] ： Enhances cardiopulmonary function and the strength of the lower limbs and lumbar muscles; improves lower‑limb flexibility and coordination; and provides load‑bearing support for the joints of the lower extremities.
◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The swing-arm tubing is made of national-standard steel pipe with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm; the swing arm is directly welded to the footplate, ensuring robustness and durability.
◆ The footplates are stamped from 4-mm-thick cold‑rolled steel, ensuring an 8‑year service life and incorporating anti‑slip features to prevent slipping and potential injuries. The center-to-center spacing between the two footplates exceeds 100 mm, with a peripheral edge height of more than 30 mm and rounded corners (R2). Buffer rubber pads are installed at the front and rear of each footplate to further mitigate the risk of personal injury.
◆ The handrail tube is made of national-standard steel pipe with a diameter of 33 mm and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm, welded to the upright posts.
◆ The limit sleeve is made of a national‑standard steel pipe with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm; the impact pad is crafted from polyurethane, offering excellent impact resistance, superior elasticity, and outstanding resistance to aging as well as to both high and low temperatures; pendulum arm limit sleeve.
Diameter: 73 mm; wall thickness: 7 mm; the sleeve end is welded to the swing leg; equipped with eight high‑quality bearings to meet impact‑test requirements; limits the left–right swing angle, with a single‑side amplitude of less than 70°; all exposed edges are chamfered with an R3 radius to reduce injury in the event of a collision.
◆ The machine’s bearings are equipped with specially designed skeletal oil seals, offering excellent sealing performance, effective water and dust resistance, and long-lasting durability.
◆ The top of the column is sealed, with a PVC soft‑material cap molded by die‑casting and featuring a wall thickness of 4 mm to prevent rainwater ingress.
