[Instructions for Use]: The user stands with their back to the device, grasps the handle, and presses their back firmly against the massage bar. They then slowly shift from side to side to massage the back muscles, repeating the motion. Next, the user stands with their back to the device, presses their lower back against the massage bar, and performs up-and-down squats to massage the lower back and shoulder muscles, again repeating the movement.
