Product Description
[Instructions for Use]: Hold the handle with both hands, place both feet on the pedals simultaneously, and swing your body from side to side.
[Main Features] : Enhance cardiopulmonary function and the strength of the lower limbs and lumbar muscles; improve lower‑extremity flexibility and coordination; and provide load‑bearing support for the joints of the lower limbs.
◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The arm‑support tubing is made of national‑standard steel pipe with a 60 mm diameter and a 3 mm wall thickness. At the handrail, a tube‑reduction technique is employed to taper the 42 mm‑diameter pipe down to 33 mm, facilitating the installation of grip sleeves. This approach ensures excellent structural integrity, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, ease of fabrication, and long‑term durability. The supporting tubes are also national‑standard steel pipes, with a 33 mm diameter and a 2.5 mm wall thickness.
◆ The pedal is stamped from 4-mm-thick steel plate, ensuring an 8-year service life; its perimeter features R2 rounded corners to prevent personal injury.
◆ The limit sleeve is made of a national‑standard steel pipe with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm. The impact pad is constructed from polyurethane, offering excellent impact resistance, superior elasticity, and outstanding resistance to aging and extreme temperatures. The sleeve end is welded to the swing leg, and four high‑quality bearings are employed to meet the requirements of the impact test. The lateral swing angle of the limiter is limited to less than 70° per side, while all exposed edges feature R3 chamfers to minimize injury in the event of a collision.
◆ The machine’s bearings are equipped with specially designed skeletal oil seals, offering excellent sealing performance, effective water and dust resistance, and long-lasting durability.
◆ The footboard is stamped from 4 mm-thick steel plate, with anti-slip features at the foot‑placement area. The height of the anti‑slip platform is no less than 30 mm to prevent slipping and potential injuries. The edges are chamfered with a radius of R2, and impact‑absorbing rubber pads are installed on both sides of the footboard to safeguard users.
◆ The top of the column is sealed, with a PVC soft‑material cap molded by die‑casting and featuring a 4 mm wall thickness to prevent rainwater ingress.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made of stainless steel, secured with pop rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright post to prevent snagging, scratching, or other damage.
◆ The equipment has undergone relevant tests in accordance with the GB 19272-2024 standard, including static load, strength load, impact load, failure load, and fatigue load tests, as well as impact‑resistance testing of oscillating components, all of which comply with the standard’s requirements.
◆ The entire machine has no snagging, crushing points, shearing points, or pinching hazards; all apertures and gaps comply with the GB 19272-2024 standard.
◆ The equipment features a two‑station exercise configuration, allowing two users to operate simultaneously.
◆ The embedding depth of the equipment upright shall be no less than 500 mm, and the underground dimensions shall be no less than 500 × 500 × 600 mm.
◆ The components are cut using a laser cutting machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. For the bending process, a CNC pipe bender is employed, delivering accurate angles and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Prior to welding, all parts undergo degreasing to ensure that no oil or contaminants remain on the surface. Welding is performed with a CO₂‑shielded arc welder using a mixed gas, resulting in clean, smooth welds that require no post‑weld grinding. A dust collection and treatment system is also installed to purify workshop air and safeguard workers’ health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting, providing thorough rust removal and enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. Electrostatic powder coating follows a two‑coat application process, beginning with an epoxy zinc‑rich primer. The exterior surface is coated with an environmentally friendly, green electrostatic powder finish. Utilizing imported electrostatic spraying equipment, the coating delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The powder‑coated finish exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands high humidity and heat, resists aging, and offers superior corrosion protection, while maintaining an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid conditions and areas exposed to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery employs a cyclone‑type centrifugal recovery system, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which helps conserve powder, reduce dust pollution, and ensures convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system, effectively preventing impacts during transit and ensuring the equipment remains undamaged.
