[Instructions for Use]: Sit on the machine, press down on the pedal to fully extend your legs, then slowly return to the starting position.

◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The two limit‑stop support crossbeams are fabricated from national‑standard steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The seat and footrest tubes are formed in a single bending operation using national-standard steel tubing with a diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 3.25 mm.
◆ The footrest crossbeam is made of national‑standard steel tubing with a diameter of 48 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. It features an anti‑slip surface treatment, and both ends are fitted with soft end caps, in compliance with applicable standards.
◆ The seat plate is stamped from 4-mm-thick cold-rolled steel, ensuring an 8-year service life; its perimeter features R2 rounded corners to prevent personal injury.
◆ The limit switch employs a double‑sided impact‑type internal stop, increasing the load‑bearing area. The impact pad is made of polyurethane, offering excellent impact resistance, superior elasticity, and outstanding resistance to aging and extreme temperatures. It is equipped with four high‑quality bearings, and the stop itself is constructed from national‑standard steel plate, ensuring compliance with performance requirements. All exposed edges feature R2 chamfers to minimize injury in the event of collisions.
◆ The machine’s bearings are equipped with specially designed skeletal oil seals, offering excellent sealing performance, effective water and dust resistance, and long-lasting durability.
◆ The top of the upright post is sealed to prevent rainwater from entering.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made of stainless steel, secured with pull rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright post to prevent snagging, scratching, or other damage.
