[Instructions for Use]: Two users stand on opposite sides of the turntable, facing it, and grasp the edges on either side. When one person applies force to rotate the turntable in one direction, the other exerts an equal and opposite force in the opposite direction, engaging in a contest of strength. The two may switch directions, but neither may suddenly release their grip.
[Main Features] ： Enhance the muscular strength of the upper limb girdle, trunk, and lower limbs, and improve the flexibility of the muscles and ligaments surrounding the wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, and knee joints.
◆ Direct-buried type: the main upright posts are made of national-standard galvanized steel pipes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.

◆ The turntable is fully enclosed, with no snagging points; the central section features a 3 mm‑thick steel plate, while the outer rim is edged with a 33 mm‑diameter, 2.5 mm‑thick national‑standard steel tube.
◆ Internally, a wear-resistant nylon damping mechanism is employed to regulate the turntable’s rotational speed, ensuring user safety; premium-quality bearings are used to meet performance requirements.
◆ The machine’s bearings are equipped with specially designed skeletal oil seals that provide excellent sealing, effectively preventing water and dust ingress for long-lasting durability.
◆ The equipment nameplate is made of stainless steel, secured with pull rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright post to prevent snagging, scratching, or other damage.
