Product Description
[Instructions for Use] ： The two individuals sit at opposite ends of the seesaw, gripping the handrails. One user pushes off the ground with both feet, lifting the other person into the air, then slowly lowers themselves by leveraging their body weight. They take turns repeating this motion.
[Main Features] ： It strengthens the upper- and lower-body muscles of practitioners and enhances their ability to coordinate force throughout the entire body. Through partner practice, it fosters camaraderie, relaxes the nervous system, and makes the training experience more enjoyable and engaging.
◆ The display is powered by a solar‑powered self‑generating system, and the software features a backend platform for data collection and analysis. The screen can show metrics such as exercise duration, number of sessions, and calories burned, while a WeChat mini‑program on your smartphone displays these data, aggregates workout statistics, and provides personalized exercise recommendations.
◆ The components are cut using a laser cutting machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning. For the bending process, a CNC pipe bender is employed, delivering accurate angles and an aesthetically pleasing finish. Prior to welding, all parts undergo degreasing to ensure that no oil or contaminants remain on the surface. Welding is performed with a CO₂‑shielded arc welder using a mixed gas, resulting in clean, smooth welds that require no post‑weld grinding, and equipped with a dust collection and treatment system to purify workshop air and safeguard worker health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting for thorough rust removal, enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. Electrostatic powder coating follows a two‑coat application process: an epoxy zinc‑rich primer is applied first, followed by a green‑friendly exterior electrostatic powder coat. Imported electrostatic coating equipment ensures uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion, producing a coating that is resistant to acids and alkalis, withstands humid and hot conditions, resists aging and corrosion, and maintains an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid environments and areas prone to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery employs a cyclone‑type centrifugal separator, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, thereby conserving material, reducing dust pollution, and offering convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.
