【主要技术参数】：

◆ 功能有：身高体重、人体成分、俯卧撑、反应时、纵跳、闭眼单脚站、握力、仰卧起坐、台阶训练器；

◆ 预埋式，主立柱采用120mm*120mm，壁厚不低于3mm的标准矩形管材，立柱高度2340mm。

◆ 伞中心柱结构：伞中心柱采用悬空结构，利用支撑杆及横梁使其固定在主架上方正中悬空固定支撑伞膜。支撑伞膜部分为活动结构，可调节伞膜高度。中心柱采用φ114×3mm 优质钢管，调节部分活动套管采用φ127×5mm 无缝钢管。

◆ 横梁结构：横梁由六件组成，利用拉杆固定，一端与中心立柱上的耳板螺接，横梁采用φ76×3 mm 优质钢管，通过连接板和法兰分别与中心柱及主立柱组成悬空支撑结构，以中心柱为中心，360°平均分布。

◆ 伞顶采用PVC涂层膜，基布材料为超低收缩涤纶，柔性大抗载荷变形，雕塑性好，使伞外形有起伏感，表面PVDF处理，透光率8%，具有阻燃、防冻裂、防霉、抗老化。

◆ 太阳能供电系统参数：

太阳能板：单晶硅80W；

锂电池：电压12V，电池容量30Ah；

◆ 器材铭牌采用全不锈钢腐蚀，尺寸为220*80mm，壁厚0.45mm，拉铆钉坚固，边缘紧贴立柱，避免造成勾挂伤害；

◆ 器材按照GB19272-2011标准进行相关静载荷、稳定性及疲劳试验，并符合标准要求。

◆ 整机无勾挂，无挤压点，无剪切点，无卡夹处，各处孔径空隙符合GB19272-2011标准；

◆ 器材具有3站式运动位，可3人同时使用；

◆ 器材主立柱埋入深度不小于600mm，地埋尺寸不小于500*500*700mm；

◆ 器材采用全自动数控锯床下料，效率高定位准确，弯管工序采用数控弯管机，角度准确外形美观，器材焊接之前进行脱脂处理，保证工件表面无油污存留，焊接采用二氧化碳保护焊机配合混合气体焊接，焊接外形美观，焊道平直，无需打磨，并配备粉尘收集处理系统，净化车间空气，保证工人身体健康，表面处理采用抛丸工艺，除锈彻底，增大工件表面面积，增强塑粉附着力，外表面紫禁城绿色环保静电粉末，采用进口静电喷涂设备，出粉均匀，粉末附着力强，塑面耐酸碱、耐湿热、抗老化、耐腐蚀、外观美观，适合潮湿和酸雨环境，产品的涂料配方不含有毒元素，粉末回收采用旋风式离心机粉末回收系统，回收率可达98.6%，节省粉末降低粉尘污染，操作方便，节能环保；

◆ 器材包装为内部加厚气泡膜缠绕，外部打包带缠绕的双层包装，有效阻隔运输当中产生磕碰，使器材完好无损。
