◆ Embedded installation: the main upright posts shall be made of profiled tubes measuring 158 mm × 92 mm, with a wall thickness of no less than 3 mm.
◆ The handrail bends are fabricated by welding national‑standard steel pipes with a diameter of 42 mm, while the handrail itself is made from steel pipes with a diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm.
◆ The seat frame is made of high-quality 8-mm-thick steel plate and cut using laser cutting, resulting in a neat, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

A dust‑collection and treatment system is integrated to purify workshop air and safeguard worker health. Surface treatment utilizes shot blasting, providing thorough rust removal, increasing the effective surface area of the workpiece, and enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. The exterior is finished with a green‑environmental, electrostatically applied powder coating—produced using imported electrostatic spraying equipment—offering uniform powder distribution, strong adhesion, and superior resistance to acids, alkalis, humidity, heat, aging, and corrosion. This coating is well suited for humid conditions and environments exposed to acid rain. The product’s paint formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery is achieved through a cyclone‑type centrifugal separator, with a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, reducing material waste and minimizing dust pollution while maintaining ease of operation and promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: an inner layer of thickened bubble wrap and an outer layer secured with strapping, effectively protecting it from impacts during transit and ensuring it arrives undamaged.
