The smart trail leverages facial recognition and a big-data intelligence system: users register to capture their facial data, and dedicated facial-recognition cameras installed along the trail record the precise times of their passage. Back-end algorithms, combining facial‑matching technology with proprietary computational methods, calculate metrics such as speed, distance, and duration. By supplementing this with users’ height, weight, and age, the system can further estimate the calories burned during their activity.
Set up a sports leaderboard: after completing a workout, users can scan their face in front of the large leaderboard screen to have their exercise data displayed automatically. The scan‑and‑share feature allows direct sharing to social networks.
The backend management system offers more intuitive administration and more accurate data.
