◆ 直埋式，主立柱采用100mm*100mm，壁厚不低于3mm的标准矩形管材，立柱两侧采用铝合金型材，型材厚度大于2mm，另外两侧采用插接塑木型材，壁厚大于5mm，立柱整体外形尺寸不小于128*128mm。

◆ 摆臂管材采用直径60mm，壁厚3mm的国标钢管，摆臂与立柱间距大于60mm，与踏板直接焊接，牢固耐用；

◆ 踏板为4mm厚冷板冲压，保证8年使用寿命，并设有防滑措施，避免踩踏滑脱造成人员伤害，两踏板间距大于100mm，踏板周圈边缘高度大于30mm，周圈倒圆角R2，踏板前后安装缓冲胶垫，避免人身伤害；

◆ 扶手管采用直径32mm，壁厚2.5mm的国标钢管，与立柱螺栓连接；

◆ 限位采用铸钢型内限位结构，撞击垫采用聚氨酯材料，抗撞击、弹性好、抗老化、抗高低温，最大外圆尺寸为102mm，壁厚5mm，轴端与立柱焊接，套端与摆腿焊接，采用8个优质6007轴承，中间转轴直径35mm，保证冲击试验要求，限位左右摆动角度单边摆幅小于65度，外露边沿全部R3倒角，减小碰撞伤害；

◆ 整机轴承防水圈采用特制骨架油封防水圈，密闭性好，防水防尘，持久耐用；

◆ 立柱顶端采用封闭处理，扣帽采用2mm厚钢板冲压成型，顶部设有桂宇星标志，避免进入雨水；

◆ 器材铭牌采用全不锈钢腐蚀，内含二维码及NSCC标志，尺寸为220*80mm，壁厚0.45mm，拉铆钉坚固，边缘紧贴立柱，避免造成勾挂伤害；

◆ 器材具有2站式运动位，可2人同时使用；

◆ 器材按照GB19272-2011标准进行相关静载荷、稳定性、冲击及疲劳试验，并符合标准要求。

◆ 器材采用全自动数控锯床下料，效率高定位准确，弯管工序采用数控弯管机，角度准确外形美观，器材焊接之前进行脱脂处理，保证工件表面无油污存留，焊接采用二氧化碳保护焊机配合混合气体焊接，焊接外形美观，焊道平直，无需打磨，并配备粉尘收集处理系统，净化车间空气，保证工人身体健康，表面处理采用抛丸工艺，除锈彻底，增大工件表面面积，增强塑粉附着力，外表面紫禁城绿色环保静电粉末，采用进口静电喷涂设备，出粉均匀，粉末附着力强，塑面耐酸碱、耐湿热、抗老化、耐腐蚀、外观美观，适合潮湿和酸雨环境，产品的涂料配方不含有毒元素，粉末回收采用旋风式离心机粉末回收系统，回收率可达98.6%，节省粉末降低粉尘污染，操作方便，节能环保；

◆ 器材包装为内部加厚气泡膜缠绕，外部打包带缠绕的双层包装，有效阻隔运输当中产生磕碰，使器材完好无损。
