Product Description

◆ The main frame is fabricated as a single, integrally bent structure using custom‑made, high‑quality national‑standard steel pipes with a diameter of Φ165×4 mm. At the buried section, 100 mm above and below, 4‑mm‑thick sleeves are added to ensure structural integrity and enhance corrosion resistance. The upper and lower tie rods of the basket frame are made from high‑quality national‑standard steel pipes with a diameter of Φ48×2.5 mm.

◆ The verticality of the backboard surface can be adjusted by regulating the upper tension rod; the parallelism between the hoop and the ground can be adjusted via the lower tension rod; and the verticality and parallelism of the backboard can be finely tuned by adjusting the connection point between the backboard and the support arm. The backboard is supported at five points where it connects to the main frame.

◆ Basketball backboard dimensions: 1800×1050×50 mm; the backboard’s structural dimensions comply with the requirements of Figure 1 in GB 23176-2008, Section 4.1.1. The backboard is made of SMC material, and its strength shall meet the specifications set forth in GB 19272-2024, Clause 5.5.7.

◆ The basketball backboard shall have an SMC panel with a thickness of no less than 5 mm, a flange width of no less than 50 mm, and a flange thickness of no less than 7 mm. The rear reinforcing ribs shall adopt a combined V‑shaped and grid‑type structure, with a rib thickness of no less than 6 mm and a rib height of no less than 45 mm.

◆ A reinforcing steel plate is installed on the back side of the rebound shooting area, with dimensions of 570 mm × 150 mm × 5 mm.

◆ The junction between the basketball hoop’s pivot and the backboard is reinforced with high-quality steel plates. The backboard’s embedded nuts and openings shall be waterproofed, and all connections are secured with bolts. The backboard surface must remain flat and smooth, with no deformation, delamination, or damage attributable to product quality within eight years.

◆ The basketball hoop is a compression-resistant design, horizontally mounted to the backboard. The steel plate connecting it to the frame is made of high-quality steel, secured with premium, specially designed round-head bolts. The hoop itself is fabricated from solid round steel with a diameter of Φ18 mm and an inner diameter of 450 mm; after being subjected to pressure, it automatically returns to its original position.

◆ During installation, the backboard shall be positioned 1,200 mm from the court sideline.

◆ Adopt a direct‑burial installation method. The burial depth shall be no less than 900 mm, and the buried portion of the column must be integrally connected to the above‑ground portion; welding is prohibited. For the buried section, the column’s embedded pipe shall be arranged in a cross‑shaped configuration, with dimensions not less than 800 × 800 × 1000 mm, and secured by concrete pouring. Soil conditions around the foundation, subgrade treatment, concrete grade, and other related requirements shall comply with national standards.

◆ The equipment nameplate is made entirely of stainless steel, secured with pull rivets, and its edges are tightly fitted against the upright posts to prevent snagging, scratching, and other potential damage.

◆ The entire machine has no crushing points, no shearing points, and no clamping areas; all apertures and gaps comply with the GB 19272-2024 standard.

◆ The equipment has undergone relevant static load and strength load tests in accordance with the GB 19272-2024 standard and meets the standard’s requirements.

◆ The components are cut using a laser cutting machine, ensuring high efficiency and precise positioning; the pipe-bending process employs a CNC pipe-bending machine. The welds are precisely angled and aesthetically pleasing. Prior to welding, the components undergo degreasing to ensure that no oil or contaminants remain on the workpiece surface. Welding is performed using a CO₂‑shielded arc welding machine in conjunction with a mixed gas shielding process, resulting in clean, smooth weld beads that require no post‑weld grinding. A dust collection and treatment system is also installed to purify workshop air and safeguard workers’ health. Surface preparation employs shot blasting, achieving thorough rust removal and enhancing the adhesion of the powder coating. Electrostatic powder coating follows a two‑coat application process, beginning with an epoxy zinc‑rich primer. The exterior surface is coated with an environmentally friendly, green electrostatic powder. Utilizing imported electrostatic spraying equipment, the coating delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The finished surface exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, withstands high humidity and heat, resists aging, and offers superior corrosion protection, while maintaining an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid conditions and areas prone to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements, and a cyclonic centrifugal powder recovery system ensures a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, reducing material waste and minimizing dust pollution. The process is easy to operate and promotes energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system, effectively preventing impacts during transit and ensuring the equipment remains undamaged.
