The exterior is finished with a green‑friendly, environmentally compliant electrostatic powder coating—applied using imported electrostatic spray equipment—providing uniform powder distribution, strong adhesion, and superior resistance to acids, alkalis, humidity, heat, aging, and corrosion. This coating is ideal for humid and acid‑rain environments. The product’s paint formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery is handled by a cyclone‑type centrifugal separator, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, thereby conserving material, reducing dust pollution, and offering convenient operation while promoting energy efficiency and environmental protection.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: thickened bubble wrap inside and strapping tape on the outside, effectively protecting it from impacts during transit and ensuring it arrives undamaged.
