The exterior features a Forbidden City–green finish. Anti-static powder coating, applied using imported electrostatic spraying equipment, delivers uniform powder distribution and strong adhesion. The coated surface is resistant to acids and alkalis, withstands humid‑heat conditions, resists aging and corrosion, and boasts an attractive appearance—making it ideal for humid environments and areas exposed to acid rain. The coating formulation contains no toxic elements. Powder recovery employs a cyclone‑type centrifugal separator, achieving a recovery rate of up to 98.6%, which reduces material waste and minimizes dust pollution. The system is easy to operate and promotes energy efficiency and environmental protection.
◆ The equipment is packaged in a double-layer system: the interior is wrapped with thickened bubble wrap, and the exterior is secured with strapping, effectively protecting it during transit. Avoid collisions during handling to ensure the equipment remains undamaged.
