【主要技术参数】：

1）本器材通过脚蹬转盘，经内部传动，通过偏心轮作用，带动振动台左右侧上下运动，实现振动。

2）骑行前立柱采用80*40，壁厚3mm大R弧矩形钢管，扶手管采用直径32mm，壁厚2.5mm国标钢管弯管而成。

3）扶手立柱采用80*40，壁厚3mm大R弧矩形钢管弯管而成，扶手管采用直径32mm，壁厚2.5mm国标钢管弯管而成。

4）转盘采用8mm厚钢板两面车平面，保证端面平面度，外端扣ABS模具成型壳体，脚蹬轴直径19mm，轴承位直径15mm。

5）座椅立柱采用采用80*40，壁厚3mm大R弧矩形钢管，座椅连接板厚度4mm，底部法兰盘厚度6mm优质钢板。

6）脚踏防滑板采用模具压铸成型，材质为尼龙，内衬5mm优质钢板折弯而成。

7）基座采用4mm厚钢板激光切加工而成，钢板底部采用40mm×40mm，壁厚2.2mm国标钢管焊接骨架；基座上方固定的振动台壳体采用厚度6mm优质钢板折弯焊接而成。

8）内部主要传动轴均采用直径Φ35mm及Φ28mm，调质制作而成，内部主要传动部件采用发黑工艺，减少尺寸误差，并能起到防锈效果，保证了传动强度。

9）外壳采用ABS注塑成型，保证整体外观及质量。

10）地埋方式为预埋式，地基尺寸长×宽×高为400mm×400mm×500mm。

11）器材铭牌采用外框整体压铸成型，外框材质为尼龙，避免造成勾挂伤害；

12）器材中所有板材均采用激光切割下料，焊接之前进行脱脂处理，保证工件表面无油污存留，焊接采用二氧化碳保护焊机配合混合气体焊接，焊接外形美观，焊道平直，并配备粉尘收集处理系统，净化车间空气，保证工人身体健康，表面处理采用抛丸工艺，除锈彻底，增大工件表面面积，增强塑粉附着力，外表面紫禁城绿色环保静电粉末，采用进口静电喷涂设备，出粉均匀，粉末附着力强，塑面耐酸碱、耐湿热、抗老化、耐腐蚀、外观美观，适合潮湿和酸雨环境，产品的涂料配方不含有毒元素，粉末回收采用旋风式离心机粉末回收系统，回收率可达98.6%，节省粉末降低粉尘污染，操作方便，节能环保；

13）器材包装为内部加厚气泡膜缠绕，外部打包带缠绕的双层包装，有效阻隔运输当中产生磕碰，使器材完好无损。
